5-Year Guarantee for Your Peace of Mind.

Your bespoke mattress is under guarantee to provide five years of heavenly comfort.

As long as the mattress is used typically for its intended purpose and placed on a suitable base, the guarantee protects against defects listed below in material and workmanship for five years from purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

The guarantee applies to the following defects

1. Lasting, visible indentations deeper than 33mm are caused by deterioration and are not the result of the mattress being placed on an improper or unsupportive bed base or the result of standard body pressure.
2. Splits or cracks in the foam material that appear despite everyday use and handling.
3. Any fault in the mattress cover zip assembly that results from the manufacturing process.

The guarantee does not cover

1. An expected increase in the softness of the pressure-relieving surface if it has no effect on the mattress's pressure-relieving capability.
2. Your comfort preference.
3. Any defects or damage to the mattress or cover caused by improper use. These include cuts, tears, liquid spills, stains, soiling and burns.
4. The replacement of non-defective parts if the defective part can be replaced separately.

In the event of a defect, our sole and exclusive liability will be to provide the original purchaser with a repaired or replacement mattress or mattress cover.

Replacement covers may be of a different design, colour or material than the one originally purchased.
