Mainland England, Scotland & Wales: FREE

Delivery Lead Times

All our mattresses are made to order. Production times vary by season:

Low season (Sept–Feb)	Approx. 5 working days
Mid season (Mar–May)	Approx. 5–7 working days
High season (Jun–Aug)	Approx. 7–12 working days

These timescales are provided as a guide. Sometimes we're able to dispatch much sooner, occasionally orders may take a little longer depending on production capacity. We'll keep you updated.

Please note: All mattresses are custom-made to order. We will contact you if there are any changes to these estimated delivery times. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to fulfil your order with the highest quality and care.

Delivery Notifications

• Full Size / Flat Mattresses: Advance booking with a 3-hour time slot.
• Rolled and Boxed Mattresses and Toppers: Same-day text notification with a 1-hour window, with the option to reschedule for a more convenient day if you won't be available.
• Easy Home Access: All rolled mattresses are vacuum-packed for easy manoeuvring through narrow doorways and staircases.

UK Mainland Only

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We're not able to ship overseas or to offshore destinations. If you're unsure whether we can reach your area, please get in touch before ordering and we'll happily let you know.
