What's Covered

✓ Defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase
✓ Visible indentations deeper than 33mm (3cm) not caused by improper use
✓ Splits or cracks in the foam material under normal use
✓ Mattress cover zip assembly faults (first year only)

What's Not Covered

✕ Normal increase in softness or wear and tear
✕ Changes in comfort preference
✕ Damage from improper use or care
✕ Commercial use
