Guarantees range from 5-10 years depending on the material selected. Memory foam typically offers 8-10 year guarantees, whilst reflex foam provides 5-7 years. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and premature sagging. Normal wear and accidental damage are not covered. Keep proof of purchase and original measurements for guarantee claims.

Custom cutting adds to manufacturing costs, so prices are typically higher than standard sizes. The exact price depends on overall size, material chosen, and complexity of cuts required. Simple corner cuts cost less than complex curved shapes. Multiple small cuts increase production time and cost more than single large corner cuts.

Custom-made mattresses cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing fault. This is why accurate measuring is crucial before ordering. If the mattress doesn't fit due to incorrect measurements provided, it cannot be exchanged. Manufacturing errors or defects are covered and will be replaced free of charge.
