Delivery Lead Times
All our mattresses are made to order. Production times vary by season:
| Low season (Sept–Feb) | 5–10 working days |
| Mid season (Mar–May) | 10–15 working days |
| High season (Jun–Aug) | 15–20 working days |
These timescales are provided as a guide. Sometimes we're able to dispatch much sooner, occasionally orders may take a little longer depending on production capacity. We'll keep you updated.

Delivery Notifications
- 📅 Full Size / Flat Mattresses: Advance booking with a 3-hour time slot.
- 📱 Rolled and Boxed Mattresses and Toppers: Same-day text notification with a 1-hour window, with the option to reschedule for a more convenient day if you won't be available.
- 📦 Easy Access: All rolled mattresses are vacuum-packed for easy manoeuvring through narrow doorways, tight staircases, and awkward spaces.
