Delivery Lead Times

Every mattress is made to order to your measurements. Our lead time is approx. 10–12 working days.

This is a guide: sometimes we dispatch sooner, and occasionally an order takes a little longer depending on production capacity.

Delivery Notifications

Imperial Elite™ 2000 and Comfisan™
Our courier will book your delivery in with you in advance, with a 3-hour time slot.

All other mattresses and toppers
Same-day text notification with a 1-hour window, with the option to reschedule for a more convenient day if you won't be available.

Easy home access
All rolled mattresses are vacuum-packed for easy manoeuvring up narrow staircases and through tight doorways and loft hatches.

UK Mainland Only

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only and aren't able to ship overseas or to offshore destinations. If you're unsure whether we can reach your area, get in touch before ordering and we'll happily let you know.
