Delivery Lead Times
All our mattresses are made to order. Production times vary by season:

| Mid season (Mar–May) | Approx. 5–7 working days |
| High season (Jun–Aug) | Approx. 7–12 working days |
These timescales are a guide. Sometimes we dispatch much sooner; occasionally an order takes a little longer depending on production capacity. We'll keep you updated.

Advance booking with a 3-hour time slot.
Rolled & boxed mattresses and toppers
Same-day text notification with a 1-hour window, with the option to reschedule for a more convenient day if you won't be available.
Easy home access
All rolled mattresses are vacuum-packed for easy manoeuvring up narrow staircases and through tight doorways and loft hatches.
UK Mainland Only
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only and aren't able to ship overseas or to offshore destinations. If you're unsure whether we can reach your area, get in touch before ordering and we'll happily let you know.
