Premium grade foams only. From 39 kg/m³ up to 70. Anything less does not make it into one of our mattresses.

Mattress
- Single-sided build — use the marked face only, no flipping
- Air it often and slip it inside a mattress protector
- Its hypoallergenic make-up naturally shrugs off dust mites
Fixed cover
- Dab clean using mild detergent and a little water
- Let it dry fully in the air
- Add a mattress protector to keep it at its best
- Call in professional cleaning when needed
Measuring Guide
Foam is made to the figures you give us; once the cover goes on, the finished size grows by a fraction.
If the frame is tucked into a close-fitting recess, or you like extra room to tuck sheets under, easing your measurements down helps — but it stays your preference.

- A stitched cover looks neater and lasts longer, with no zip to fail. Spot clean it and pair it with a protector to keep it fresh.
- How quickly does it open out?
- Typically 95% of its custom shape and size returns within the first hour or two; now and then it may take 24 hours or so to regain its shape completely.
- What comes in the box?
- The mattress with its sewn-on TENCEL™ cover, care notes, and a 5-year guarantee.
- Will it work on an adjustable base?
- Yes. It follows the base through its positions without losing the firm support underneath you.
