   Wicks moisture away as you sleep so the surface stays dry and fresh. The whole cover unzips in moments and drops straight into the wash — no need to haul the mattress anywhere to freshen it up.

2. Memory foam top layer that moulds to you (Vasco™)

   Warms to your body and shapes itself around your shoulders, hips and lower back, lifting the pressure that a hard, unforgiving bed base tends to create.

3. Support layer that stops you sinking too far

   Works below the memory foam to hold your spine in a natural line and prevent you from sinking too deep. It quietly dampens movement too, so when one person shifts, the other sleeps on undisturbed.

4. Firm base layer

   A firm, durable foundation that keeps the mattress true to shape season after season — while staying light enough to manoeuvre easily even where access is awkward.

A generous top layer of Vasco™ memory foam cradles your shoulders and hips, while the support layer underneath keeps your back aligned and calms movement across the surface.

That movement control counts for even more on a narrower or two-person bed: when you lie close together, the Bodyshape™ soaks up a partner rolling over or slipping out during the night, so your own sleep carries on undisturbed.

Every Bodyshape™ is made to measure: your foam is made precisely to the dimensions you send us, and once the cover is fitted it adds a few millimetres to the final size.

Where the bed drops into a snug recess, or you like a little slack for tucking sheets in, it can help to trim your figures slightly — though that is entirely down to how you prefer it.

How does Vasco™ memory foam work?

Your body heat softens it so it takes on your shape, distributing your weight across the surface and relieving strain at the shoulders, hips and back.

How good is the motion isolation?

Very good — Vasco™ foam swallows movement instead of carrying it across the surface, so a partner rolling over or getting up leaves you undisturbed.

How long does a rolled mattress take to expand?

Typically 95% of its custom shape and size returns within the first hour or two; now and then it may take 24 hours or so to regain its shape completely.

Is the Firm option suitable for everyday use?

Yes. Plenty of people have Firm as their main bed at home. The support sits underneath you; the memory foam on top still gives, so it holds you up without feeling hard.
