Your order reference number and delivery estimate are at the top of your order confirmation email.
We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped. In this email, we will inform you of the courier who will deliver your order and provide a link to track its progress to your door.

We usually use DHL to ship our mattresses. DHL will also send you an email with the delivery information. They will also allow you to reschedule the delivery to a more convenient day.

You can also track your order with our couriers by entering your Order Reference number and postcode on their websites.

Please be aware this is a doorstep delivery service. Apartments and floors above ground level, your mattress will be delivered to the first ground-floor entrance door.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may take a little longer.
